Balanced Choices is our nutrition program focused on the healthy choices provided in all our dining locations.
Food Identification Symbols



Balanced Choice:Includes healthy grains, vegetables, fruit, lower fat dairy products and/or leaner meat or alternatives from Canada’s Food Guide To Healthy Eating. Foods are prepared with minimal amount of added fat.
Vegetarian Choice: Contains no meat, fish, poultry or shellfish, but may contain dairy or eggs. Look for these symbols on flyers, food packaging, signs and menus to easily identify our healthier selections.
