National Director of Business DevelopmentI am a growth-focused leader with more than 25 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry, specializing in business development, brand strategy, and client engagement. As National Director of Business Development for ESFM at Compass Group Canada, I lead national growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and deliver client-centered solutions that drive measurable results.
I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and allyship. For 11 years, I have volunteered with the Sashbear Foundation, supporting families and individuals impacted by emotion dysregulation and borderline personality disorder. Creating psychologically safe, inclusive environments is central to my leadership approach.
As an optimistic, people-first leader, I bring energy, resilience, and creativity to every opportunity—focused on building relationships, driving growth, and making a positive impact.
