Our Just Now Co-Chairs
Bryan
Senior Director, Strategic InitiativesLiving with neurodivergence and being formally diagnosed later in my career has shaped my perspective on leadership, inclusion, and workplace culture. This experience has informed my commitment to mental health awareness and reinforced my belief that psychological safety is a foundational driver of equity, engagement, and sustainable performance. I am focused on fostering inclusive, high‑performing environments where open and respectful dialogue is encouraged, and where people feel supported and empowered to contribute at their best—particularly in high‑pressure, results‑driven settings.
Michele
Business Partner, People & CultureMichèle is a People & Culture Business Partner at Compass Group Canada, where she partners with Regional Vice Presidents and operational leaders across Canada to support people strategies, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
As Co-Chair of Just Now, Michèle is passionate about promoting wellness in the workplace. Based in Montréal and fully bilingual, she brings a practical, people-first perspective on what it takes to thrive at work. She believes meaningful wellness support goes beyond good intentions by providing employees with accessible resources, practical tools, and the encouragement to prioritize their well-being.
Outside of work, Michèle can often be found cycling with her daughter or exploring new places around beautiful Montréal.
Steve
Senior Director, Data and AISteve leads Data & AI and Canteen Technology for Compass Group Canada, where he drives the Canada’s data strategy, reporting platforms, and AI enablement, and oversees the technology behind Canteen’s vending and POS operations.
As co-chair of Just Now, Steve champions mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace. As a father of three young adults, he’s seen up close how much it matters to be understood, supported, and given the room to thrive as you are, and he brings that same conviction to his work at Compass. He believes real inclusion means building a workplace where people feel safe being honest about their mental health, and where neurodivergent colleagues are set up to do their best work, not asked to fit a mold.
Steve is based in Toronto and fuelled, at all times, by way too much coffee.
